PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
Sabre generously offers 6-weeks of Paid Time Off to all of our full time employees. This includes ten (10) Federal holidays with no distinction between vacation and sick time off. This allows flexibility to our employees, so that they can use their PTO for what is important to them.
Sabre truly believes in taking care of our employees long term. Therefore, each month we contribute an amount equal to 10% of the employee’s salary into a 401K retirement plan. 100% of it is vested immediately.
Our employees can choose a health care plan that best fits their needs. If our employees do not elect coverage through our health insurance, Sabre will provide an annual $5,000 allowance.
Sabre 100% covers the dental insurance premium for employees and their families.
Vision insurance is 100% paid by Sabre for employees and their families.
Sabre fully covers 100% of the Life Insurance and AD&D premium with coverage at $50,000.
SHORT TERM & LONG TERM DISABILITY
Sabre provides short and long term disability insurance at no expense to our employees.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING
Sabre is committed to increasing the technology talent our employees already possess. Each employee has an annual allowance of $5,000 to spend on job related courses and professional training. We also provide a $500 annual allowance for purchasing technical books, professional memberships, and subscriptions.
PROFIT SHARING BONUS
Sabre rewards our employees by having them share in the company profits. Upon meeting financial goals, these bonuses are paid to employees annually.
We value our employees and when they refer a candidate to us, it’s quite the compliment. We offer employees a $10,000 referral bonus when someone they refer is hired by us.
