At Sabre we are focused on our employees and their families. Our goal is to not have work and life balance be an illusion. We want our employees to feel like they are part of the Sabre family. We have built a small business culture that our employees enjoy working for and are proud to recommend to their friend and colleagues. We incorporate various employee-focused events that make Sabre feel more like a family than a job.

Charity of the Year

Every year, Sabre partners with a different charity to make a difference and give back to our community. In 2023, Sabre is proud to partner with the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter.

BARCS is a non-profit organization operating as Maryland’s largest animal shelter and pet adoption center. There is a staggering 30 or more animals surrendered to BARCS every day and BARCS does not turn any of them away. Sabre is dedicating to helping raise awareness through their Make a Wish Drive, BARCOctober feast and more!

On October 19th at Reckless Shepherd Brewing company Sabre’s recruiting team joined together for a fun Happy Hour!

It is never to late to join such an amazing company. Please send over your resume to [email protected] if you are a TSC/ Full Scope Poly. We are always looking for top notch Software Engineers, Developers, System Engineers, and  System Administrators.

Despite the rain The Sabre Engineering team had a fantastic time at the Raven’s vs Colts game.

The Sabre Employees and their families had a great time tailgating, eating great food, meeting the Raven’s and their cheerleaders. We are already getting ready for next year.

Countdown has begun for the 2023 Holiday Party on December 7th

What a fantastic celebration of our staff and the holidays. We enjoyed the evening with great food,  Sabre’s first white elephant gift exchange and then a Gift Raffle.  It was so much fun “steeling” gifts from one another. Everyone had a great time and we all cannot wait to see what is going to happen in 2023. Happy Holiday’s!!

2023 Sabre Crab Feast

What an incredible time at Sabre’s 8th Annual Crab Feast at Nick’s Fish House in Baltimore Maryland. Our employees enjoyed a feast of steamed crabs and shrimp, hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken wings, corn-on-the-cob, and various salads. The weather was incredible with a wonderful breeze from the water. Already looking forward to our next outing.

2022 Sabre Holiday Celebration

Oh What a night celebrating our Employees and the Holidays. It was a party with great food, Sabre’s first White Elephant gift exchange and our employee raffle give away.  While  many of our staff “stole” the scratch off lottery tickets and the Amazon gift cards, others were excited for the employee who won the outside pizza oven and the Rumba self cleaning vacuum. We cannot wait to see what 2023 brings us all!

The rain did not keep our team from having fun at the Raven’s vs Colts game.
