Our History

Sabre Engineering was founded in 2010 to provide exceptional engineering services to our customers and an organization where our staff are valued for their contributions. Sabre is a growing, veteran-owned small business, providing cutting edge solutions and technical expertise to our customers in the areas of Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Cyberspace Capabilities.

Sabre was founded on the principle that a team of great people can do amazing things. Our leaders are customer centric and deliver mission outcomes using the latest technologies. Mr. Bill Penn is a US Coast Guard veteran, and a career software and systems engineer. He has extensive experience supporting the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and other government customers. Bill has also served in senior business development roles throughout his career in various other small businesses. Bill has a get it done attitude, but enjoys the personal interaction of his employees, partners and customers.

Cynthia Reigner

Senior Administrative Manager

Cynthia Reigner is an experienced professional in business and office operations to include Accounting/Contracts Management, HR, Personnel Benefits, and personnel/customer satisfaction.
